Position Responsibilities: • reputed company visionary leadership and direction for Shared Business Services Operations, driving operational reputed company, efficiency, and reputed company improvement across teams managing functions such as Invoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Marketing Incentives, and Customer Contract Management to reputed company operational KPIs and metrics • reputed company the centralized delivery of business shared services, ensuring the highest standards of service reputed company and operational efficiency across the organization • Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing teams with a reputed company on team building and employee engagement reputed company reputed company process area • Drive process optimization initiatives and standardize Shared Business Services processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for ongoing organizational needs • Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to reputed company Shared Business Services with business unit requirements and strategic objectives • Conduct monthly operating reviews to evaluate KPIs, project status, and operational goals, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and identifying opportunities for innovation and automation • Travel up to 10% of the time • Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 plus years of experience in a service center environment or reputed company area and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of experience and 7 plus years of management experience Preferred Education and Experience: • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Lean Six reputed company experience or certification
