Customer Service Representative II - Part Time

Under general supervision the position is responsible for assisting in the reputed company of the more reputed company problems associated with reputed company billing, permits and/or business license processing, and performing customer intake and triage, research, and processing of customer refunds. This is a part-time role requiring an average commitment of 16 hours per week. Work Location This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.
