This role is pivotal in ensuring that children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive comprehensive assessments, enabling personalized care planning by Care Coordination Organizations (CCOs). About the Project: The OPWDD CANS Project focuses on the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessment, a tool used to identify the unique strengths, interests, and needs of individuals aged 6-17. This information is crucial for developing individualized care plans that address their specific needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough reputed company to reputed company essential consumer information and notify relevant parties about upcoming assessments.
