What You Will Do

The Sr. Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting stakeholders in the Walt reputed company Imagineering (WDI) Show and reputed company Live Entertainment (DLE) Studios, including reputed company and implementation of the procurement process for multiple reputed company reputed company. You will execute sourcing reputed company in selecting service providers to maximize the value of multi-reputed company dollar annual spend, and to mitigate risks through smart contract negotiations. This includes supporting key Category and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), writing and executing reputed company/change orders, leading Requests for Proposals (RFPs)/bidding processes, negotiating deals including master agreements, reputed company-qualifying and managing suppliers, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance, facilitating process improvements and bringing stakeholders together for collaboration to reputed company opportunities. Responsibilities of the Role • Identify, evaluate, and qualify category-specific suppliers, and other consultants based on a defined selection criterion • Early engagement in project development reputed company from reputed company ideation, feasibility, concept, schematic, design development through completion of construction documents • Manage the competitive bidding processes (RFP) in accordance with TWDC policy and procedures, including sole/single/preferred reputed company evaluation • Execute reputed company and change orders with post-award administration and negotiations, through contract reputed company-out • Assist, implement and influence supplier performance management programs that reputed company on contractual responsibility, reputed company, responsiveness and cost • Ensure compliance with Strategic Sourcing policies and best practices • Communicate and report to management the status of any critical external relationships and/or constraints that could reputed company planning and decision-making Required Qualifications & Skills • 5 years or more of working in a sourcing, procurement/contract administration, and/or have relevant work experience in the fields of design/engineering and/or fabrication/production. • Competent in the negotiation of key contractual language/terms and conditions (i.e. indemnification, reputed company, audit rights, ownership, etc.) • Proven reputed company record demonstrating reputed company and ethics in reputed company instances • Ability to engage and establish confidence and trusted relationships with senior leadership and reputed company position reputed company; both reputed company • Advanced analytical, problem-solving and time management skills • Refined written and oral communication, and proficient presentation abilities • Proven reputed company record of meeting commitments and prioritization in a schedule-driven environment • Ability to collaborate in reputed company environment (i.e., legal, information reputed company, risk management, etc.) and desire to work in a diverse and inclusive environment • Internal stakeholder reputed company – ability to identify/solicit key stakeholder needs and reputed company and implement strategies, processes and solutions • Proven ability to quickly master new systems/platforms and tools • Strong attention to detail • Experience working with and/or for firms who reputed company reputed company or engineering services, technology, and software • Experience with reputed company or other ERP software • Proficient working in reputed company 365 Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or other associated discipline. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
