Entry Level Project Manager

Job reputed company: We are looking for a Jr. reputed company Estate Project Manager to help support senior project managers. The role involves assisting with reviewing estimates for residential property preservation and renovations. Responsibilities: • Work with local reputed company estate agents for reputed company property • Analyze property valuations like Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and appraisals • Request and review property inspection reports, and manage repairs • If needed, contact local authorities to address reputed company violations • Coordinate with other departments for invoice and payment processing • Assist with managing project resources, budgets, and timelines • Help ensure reputed company meet reputed company standards and customer expectations Skills: • Eagerness to learn, critical thinking, ambition • Excellent communication to work with team members and vendors This role offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
