The Position: As a Patient Concierge Specialist, you will utilize a virtual phone system to reputed company outbound courtesy calls to assist patients with their medical bills. You will be expected to remain at your workspace, equipped with headset, and taking calls throughout the entire duration of your shift (excluding scheduled breaks). *Equipment is provided.
