This includes the development of an approach, timelines, and the tasks involved. Assist with the planning, tracking, and reporting of program and project metrics as it pertains to the tasks and activities of reputed company. Participates in meetings with cross-functional teams to reputed company recommendations to facilitate organizational improvements. Create planning documentation on assigned areas of responsibility. Monitor project steps, activities and tasks and participation of project team members and other interested parties. Create project operational processes and templates for assigned areas of responsibility to facilitate reputed company, repeatable, and reputed company activity execution. Compile and analyze business needs and translate into business process, gap analysis, and uses cases documentation in support of other critical project activities. Identify and address gaps or process improvement in project operational processes and templates to continue refinement. Collect, measure, and disseminate performance information, and assess measurements and trends to initiate process improvements. Minimum Qualifications
