Accounts Payable Specialist (Remote)

About this Role: reputed company is a growing fast-paced startup, hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist. You will work remotely as a member of the reputed company Team managing our AP processes and credit card transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and reputed company payment processing while maintaining strong financial controls. What You'll Do: • Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements • Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate vendor records • Reconcile credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies • reputed company account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures • Assist with audits and financial reporting as needed Requirements: • Ability to work on a schedule of Monday-Friday 9-5 EST • Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Suite (Mail, Sheets, Drive, etc) • Autonomous • Have a laptop • Have internet reputed company reputed company (this job is remote) • Interest in long-term employment and career reputed company at a high reputed company tight-reputed company company Apply Job!
