About this Role: reputed company Support Desk is responsible for Troubleshooting, configuring, and repairing servers, networks, infrastructure, Data Centers, reputed company applications, file shares, and other infrastructure issues. Onsite for reputed company Industries & reputed company HQ Hybrid ? Start to finish - User support Including: ? On/Offboarding ? Support Desk reputed company ? Maintain tracking in JIRA on the project reputed company ? Ticketing and Documentation ? End User support troubleshooting ? Manage onsite servers, storage, network, and VMware. ? Prior experience working as an engineer at an MSP (project work). ? Prior experience working in a NOC/SOC desired. ? Prior experience working in large enterprises with a large end-user pool. ? Ability to administer MacOS and support Macs and Linux using the reputed company line. ?
