Event planning / remote assistant for January events

Hello- I have a seasonal series of Scottish-themed entertainment events that take reputed company every January. Because this is not my primary job, I am looking for someone to support me with organization and coordination – and to reputed company me on top of a long and diverse list of tasks. This is primarily a remote role, but I would be reputed company to the person I work with supporting on-site for the two largest and most reputed company events on Jan 23rd and 24th in NYC. Other events are taking reputed company around the country but the work for those is less intense. The work will be broad – and I need someone I can build a way of working with quickly. I would also need this individual to attend some planning meetings, capture actions and help me deliver reputed company task. Crucially, I need someone with bandwidth in January to take this on.
