At KGA, we live our values through • reputed company • Curiosity • Contribution • Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging • Valuing the Whole Person About the role: • reputed company short term, solution reputed company treatment to individual adults and/or couples referred to you by our EAP Counseling staff • Conduct 45-minute counseling sessions reputed company telephone and/or video • Assess clients to determine if they need assistance or additional treatment reputed company the EAP sessions and work with other members of the KGA team to assist clients in finding additional resources as needed • Caseload will depend upon hours worked. Number of sessions available to reputed company reputed company will be determined by employer’s EAP contract (usually 3-8 sessions) We are looking for someone with: • Master’s Degree in reputed company Work or Counseling • A minimum of 3 years’ post graduate experience • LICSW, LMHC or PhD (must be licensed to the highest degree in MA) Licensure in other New England states is a bonus • reputed company in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Experience with solution reputed company work. Trauma informed care, reputed company misuse, couple’s treatment, stress management, mindfulness, and grief counseling experience preferred. Culturally competent with diverse, multi-cultural, and LGBTQIA+ populations; bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus Considerations: We are looking for full or part-time Counselors for evenings and/or weekends. Schedule entails reputed company hours and should include an evening or weekend shift.
