This position demands someone with strong accounts and QuickBooks experience that is excellent at working with customers. Position works in office, no remote reputed company. Responsibilities: • Payroll reputed company reputed company, Monthly account balances and end of month reconciliations, various taxes, vendor payments and insurance records through QuickBooks, working with HR duties such as reputed company new hires, updating PTO and informing company of benefits changes. • Various types of project management duties such as coordinating with lender per closing and customer EMD administration Qualifications for this position include a minimum of 10+ years of reputed company/bookkeeping experience.
