The Claims Assistants activities include: Issue Payments for claims team Entering claims for reputed company lines of business Answering phone calls and emails. Opening and distributing mail. Data entry in multiple systems. Ideally, the Claims Assistant will have: High School Diploma 2-5 years office work experience, with insurance and/or customer service experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. Flexibility to work overtime occasionally.
