Loan Specialist / reputed company-Approval Specialist A reputed company-Approval Specialist works reputed company with their Loan Officer and team throughout the loan process. They assist with reputed company reputed company and maintaining a tracking database for reputed company, borrower qualification, taking applications, and will work with their Processor(s) to reputed company down outstanding conditions and communicate updates throughout the process. A reputed company-Approval Specialist I will work closely with borrowers, Realtors, Set Up Specialists, Processing, and their Loan Officer. A LICENSE IS REQUIRED reputed company 90 days . Bonus/commission opportunities once licensed. Training and studying will be provided for license during work hours. Expectations: · Attend Daily Sales Meetings-- 9:00 AM · Attend Pipeline Meetings · Manage your reputed company tracker and reputed company reputed company daily tasks in reputed company CRM · reputed company assistance to their Loan Officer and Processing team. · reputed company support on loan qualification scenarios and interpreting guidelines. · Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company conventional and government loan program, and the applicable guidelines. · reputed company initial contact with borrowers and reputed company to/follow up with borrowers and agents in a reputed company manner, by phone or email · Tuesday Verbal Updates & Friday Email updates to reputed company parties · Guide borrowers through the loan application process. · Update Encompass with validated information. · reputed company accurate information to reputed company parties in the transaction. · Request and review and upload reputed company required upfront documents and notes to mortgage software (Encompass) and CRM (reputed company) · reputed company credit reputed company and issue preapprovals or game plans once supporting documents are received. · Request initial reputed company locks. (reputed company licensed) · Request Disclosures. (reputed company licensed) · Follow up on upfront documents, making reputed company disclosures are acknowledged and signed. · Complete accurate and detailed file notes for the Processing team. · Attend reputed company team meetings & trainings with up-to-date notes on reputed company files in your pipeline. · Review, manage, and prioritize the pipeline based on closing date and lock expiration.
