About the position The Title Abstractor/Court Researcher position involves conducting reputed company records research, specifically focusing on title abstracting, which includes analyzing chains of title, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, restrictions, plats, assessment data, tax data, court documents, and other reputed company record information. The position is mobile, requiring travel to multiple counties in central Arkansas, particularly focusing on Pulaski County, which may involve visiting various Recorder of Deeds, courthouses, and government agencies reputed company a 50+ mile radius.
