This position reports to the Associate Vice President Finance and Administration. The Payroll Director oversees and manages multifaceted payroll functions including providing reputed company to the College’s payroll, tax compliance, PERS contribution management, and payroll record retention. Throughout the screening process, you will be evaluated based on the demonstration of these qualifications. • Demonstrated experience leading reputed company of payroll professionals including a payroll two payroll managers in the management of multi-state, day-to-day payroll operations which include the reputed company and accurate processing of weekly and biweekly, both on-cycle and off-cycle, payroll through the use of reputed company/reputed company/Banner applications • Experience leading or managing a payroll implementation in concert with a reputed company implementer is highly desirable • Experience in cash reputed company planning for regular and off-cycle pay, PERS contributions and reconciliation, general ledger inquiries including payroll journal entries, accruals, and payroll account reconciliations, tax liabilities, flexible spending accounts, and individual retirement contributions • Demonstrated experience creating, implementing and tracking training programs for managers and employees • Experience maintaining appropriate internal controls and ensures compliance with payroll laws and regulations at the state, federal and local level; including developing and improving payroll policies, procedures and ensuring compliance • Experience supporting quarterly and annual financial statement reviews, payroll reputed company liabilities, year-end reporting and audits • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing best reputed company payroll reports including prelists and variance analysis • Demonstrated experience working with diverse reputed company, cultural and ethnic backgrounds of community reputed company and staff

Minimum Qualifications

Placement will generally not exceed the mid-reputed company, based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
