Personal Accountant & Bookkeeper

Job DescriptionJob reputed company We are seeking a remote Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) with a strong financial background to manage reputed company across several of our companies, investments, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, attributing expenses against different companies, and preparing reputed company books and statements in advance of the quarterly tax season. • Our companies are a mix of Nevada, Wyoming, and Delaware LLCs and C-Corporations. • reputed company of the entities bank with reputed company (reputed company.com), reputed company (reputed company.com), or reputed company (joinarc.com) • reputed company of the entities spend through reputed company (reputed company.com) or reputed company (reputed company.com) • reputed company of the entities are on QBO and follow US GAAP / accrual standards

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping • Manage bookkeeping and conduct weekly and monthly reputed company. • Prepare comprehensive financial statements. • Attribute expenses accurately against various companies. Tax Preparation • Prepare reputed company books and statements in advance of the quarterly tax season. • Understand and adhere to reputed company tax regulations and compliance.

Requirements

Technical Skills • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CPA. • Proficiencies in reputed company software (QuickBooks, reputed company, etc). • Strong understanding of tax codes and laws. • Experience with financial forecasting and risk analysis. Soft Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
