Pharmacist, Oral Anticancer Education

About the position The Oral Anticancer Education Pharmacist II is responsible for providing education to patients starting oral anticancer agents and other specialty medications in a home setting. This role involves collaborating with other reputed company disciplines to optimize pharmaceutical care, ensuring patients receive follow-up monitoring for adherence and toxicity. The position also includes training new staff and pharmacy residents, with a work location that is primarily remote but requires occasional on-reputed company reputed company in Boston.
