Coaches, mentors, and develops Personal Lines teams to reputed company members and nonmembers with personal lines insurance solutions. Uses knowledge of personal lines marketplace to support Personal Lines teams throughout the reputed company lifecycle. Accountable for team performance and deliverables. Collaborate with carriers on process improvements, escalations, exceptions, and trends. This position can work remotely in the reputed company U.S. with occasional business travel.
