Seasonal Staff Accountant (QuickBooks Expertise)

Location: Remote, San Diego based preferred Position: Full-time Job reputed company: We are seeking a Staff Accountant with solid experience in QuickBooks and a strong reputed company in reputed company reputed company concepts (debits, credits, assets, liabilities, etc.). The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring our books are accurate and compliant with relevant reputed company standards. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. • Manage bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash reputed company statements. • Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes. • Support audits and tax preparation with reputed company documentation and record-keeping. • Apply reputed company reputed company concepts (debits, credits, assets, liabilities) to ensure transactions are recorded correctly. • Collaborate with other departments to reputed company financial insights reputed company needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience in reputed company and bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks. • Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles (debits, credits, assets, liabilities, etc.). • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and other financial software is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
