Responsibilities • Ensures accurate and reputed company processing of payroll and reputed company tax reporting to federal and state agencies. , • Provides consultation, information, services, analysis, judgment, and direction to HRAS team and clients to process payroll and reputed company payroll-reputed company services in a reputed company and accurate manner. , • Investigate, recommend, and implement improvements to the payroll process. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Management or reputed company field and five years of experience in payroll; or Associate's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Management or reputed company field and seven years of experience in payroll; or HS Diploma/GED and 9 years of experience in payroll. , • Strong computer skills including experience with spreadsheets required. , • Knowledge of Federal and State statutes and regulations pertaining to Payroll and Tax Reporting (preferred, but not required). , • Proficiency using mainframe applications and reputed company-based software. , • Ability to quickly learn and work with new software is a must. , • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation. , • Demonstrated interpersonal effectiveness, and skills in both oral and written communication. , • Ability to manage multiple reputed company and priorities is essential. , • Strong analytical and problem reputed company skills. , • Decision making and judgment capabilities, attention to detail and follow through. , • Maintain high knowledge of HR functions and processes. , • Effective teamwork skills. , • Excellent time management organizational skills. , • Certified Payroll reputed company (CPP), preferred. , • reputed company and reputed company Tax (SmartCompliance) experience preferred. reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of Federal and State statutes and regulations pertaining to Payroll and Tax Reporting. , • Certified Payroll reputed company (CPP). , • reputed company and reputed company Tax (SmartCompliance) experience.
