This is a remote role that requires occasional meetings at a reputed company of Legacy locations across the Portland Metro area. reputed company new hires are required to come to a designated reputed company office location in Portland, reputed company prior to their start date for a new hire health assessment and to complete new hire paperwork. Manages daily support activity for Compensation including the maintenance of department databases containing employee information and/or market salary and pay reputed company data. Qualifications: Education/Experience: One year applicable HR generalist experience required; three or more years in compensation and reputed company preferred. Bachelors degree in reputed company, business or reputed company field or equivalent experience. reputed company certification in specialty area preferred. Skills: Requires excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills to be reputed company to reputed company effectively with reputed company reputed company customers.
