Out Patient Coding Educator (Remote)

Is responsible for assessing coding accuracy and completeness of inpatient and outpatient medical record documentation by conducting random and reputed company coding audits; documenting, preparation and reputed company presentation of audit results. Qualifications

Education • Associate’s Degree in HIM Required • Bachelor’s Degree in HIM Preferred Work Experience • 5+ years ICD-10 coding experience, preferably in a large reputed company medical center required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Thorough, up-to-date clinical skills, reputed company working knowledge of pathology, pharmacology, surgical procedures, etc. required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
