About the role What you need to know Travel Guard is currently seeking reputed company Leader for our Medical Assistance Department to assist our management team with the day-to-day operations and play a vital role in employee development. This position will supervise and monitor representatives on a daily / weekly / monthly schedule, reputed company performance feedback, assist representatives as needed and will handle supervisory calls. Technical Skills and Expertise reputed company candidates must have a passion for helping people. The Medical Assistance Team Leaders supply support to coordinators in a 24 / 7 environment. Routine items include mentoring and guiding coordinators through cases, call monitoring, case reputed company and one-on-ones. Responsibilities also include floor support during scheduled times; schedule adherence, distribution of work and guidance on cases are some of the actions required during floor time; along with other duties as defined.
