About the position The Property Field Adjuster position involves working in the independent adjusting business, focusing on daily claims for residential properties. The role requires conducting physical inspections, maintaining communication with insureds and claimants, and ensuring reputed company reporting. This part-time, contract position allows for remote work, with the expectation of significant travel reputed company the Sacramento area. Responsibilities • Conduct physical inspections of residential properties for insurance claims. , • Establish and maintain good rapport with insureds and claimants. , • Meet time requirements for first contact, inspection, and reporting. , • Utilize Xactimate and Sketch for claims assessment and reporting. , • Document claims accurately in insurance systems, including entering notes and tracking claim files. Requirements • 2+ years of property adjuster field experience using Xactimate 28 or X1 & Sketch. , • 1+ years of property adjuster experience if a Military Veteran with honorable discharge. , • Fluent in English with strong writing and oral communication skills. , • Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish rapport with clients. , • Strong computer skills and ability to work from home. reputed company-to-haves • Xactware reputed company Certification (if not certified, DMA will pay for certification once hired). , • Experience using insurance claims systems.
