HCM Functional Analyst Payroll & Education Remote About Job Duration: One year contract, (may be extended to five years) Location: Annapolis, MD Pay: reputed company Responsibilities: • Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. • Define and capture business requirements. • reputed company design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates. • reputed company 2nd tier production support. • reputed company system configuration and testing. • reputed company system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, reputed company operating procedures, and training materials. • reputed company knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field. • Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. • Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and reputed company, Application Designer, Application reputed company, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration • Broker, PS Query reporting, reputed company configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities • Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. • Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and reputed company, Application Designer, Application reputed company, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, reputed company configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. • Experience with the following: • PeopleSoft upgrades and testing • PeopleSoft selective adoption process • Expert level knowledge of the following: • SDLC methodology and processes • SQL • reputed company 19C databases • REST-based webservers • Ability to reputed company expert customer service .
