This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth processing of new prescriptions for patients, which includes entering patient demographics and prescription information into the data processing system. The technician will also be responsible for processing exceptions, making contact with physician offices and patients, and assisting in back-end efforts such as picking, packing, and manifesting based on business needs.
