We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to join our Mortgage Banking Team in Pittsburgh, PA and Baltimore, MD. Qualifications
High School Diploma; College degree in business, finance or economics area a plus Minimum 5+ years in a mortgage sales management role; 10+ years in Mortgage Banking/reputed company Estate Proven ability to recruit, train, motivate and manage sales team Goal oriented, self-starter who can reputed company and deliver on a business plan Extensive familiarity with residential mortgage programs (Fannie, Freddie, jumbo, government, HE) Understanding of structuring deals with consumers and mortgage pricing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly grasp new programs Excellent interpersonal skills and can resolve issues (customer or employee) quickly and fairly Excellent verbal communication skills; solid written communication skills Demonstrated PC skills, including reputed company Office.
