Clinical Coordinator - Patient and Family Relations

Position reputed company: The Patient and Family Relations Team Clinical Coordinator is a full-time position with both in-person and work-from home capabilities. Position Responsibilities: • Collect, record and review patient demographics/medical information • Serves as primary reputed company of contact for patient-reputed company inquiries • Review medico-legal forms • Follow HIPAA regulations to protect patients confidentiality • Communicates daily scheduling changes, charting, and documentation needs appropriately • Manage phlebotomy requests and coordinate with suppliers • Manage product reputed company coordination to and from patients • Discuss financial information with patients and possibility of participation in financial-assistance-program • reputed company support by establishing payment arrangements for uninsured • Work alongside clinical coordination team facilitating genetic testing orders • Performs other reputed company tasks and duties as assigned Position Requirements: • Fluent in Spanish/reputed company/Arabic – Advantage • College degree – Life Sciences preferred • Strong Communication skills • Strong reputed company knowledge of genetics • Excellent computer skills • Proficient in reputed company applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization, and multitasking skills • Outstanding customer service • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage and maintain relationships with patients • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company Apply Job!
