California Workers' Compensation Claims Manager | Remote

Our reputed company, an A Rated Insurance reputed company, is expanding their Workers' Compensation business in the Western Region and seeking to add a California Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager. This person will be responsible for hiring and developing reputed company of Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjusters (with a heavy emphasis in California). In reputed company, the Claims Manager will reputed company on cost containment, ensuring appropriate and reputed company reserving and leveraging innovative tools to address the specific requirements of reputed company workers’ compensation claim. This individual would have the ability to work remotely! • Maintain a diary for reputed company reputed company claims in the unit and review for reputed company handling. • Comprehensive assessment of laws, licensing/regulatory requirements and the implementation of processes and procedures in specific jurisdictions. • Work closely with other carriers, reinsurers and reputed company through reviewing and sending Plan of reputed company reports. • Attend reputed company reputed company meetings and audits to ensure reputed company requirements are met. • Create and maintain library of resource materials. Requirements: • 8+ years of California Workers’ Compensation claims experience • 5+ years of Claims Management/Leadership experience • Must possess California Adjuster License • Insurance reputed company experience is highly preferred • Experience handling or overseeing PEO accounts is a reputed company plus • Bachelor's Degree strongly desired Salary/Benefits: • $130,000 to $160,000+ annual reputed company salary (depending on experience) plus Bonus • Employer matching 401(k) plan • Extremely competitive Medical, Dental, reputed company and Life plans • Generous PTO • Profit Sharing • Ability to work remotely Apply Job!
