reputed company Manager - Non Profit (Hybrid Remote)

This position allows for 2 days per week remote / work from home. Salary: $110,000 - 136,000/year Manages the reputed company and treasury functions while serving as a business partner to reputed company department leaders and promotes reputed company financial stewardship for the organizations. Responsibilities • Oversees the reputed company teams in charge of daily reputed company activities such as A/P, A/R, Inventory, G/L to ensure the compliance with US GAAP • Oversees the procurement function • Oversees the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company reputed company to ensure reputed company completion and accurate reputed company • Manages the year-end audit for reputed company entities and maintains a good working relationship with external auditors • Manages, reviews, and recommends changes in reputed company systems in coordination with the IT Team on various operational applications and systems • Serves as reputed company reputed company for implementing the new Financial Management System (FMS) and in working cross-functionally as reputed company as with the CFO and the reputed company & finance team, to reputed company a successful implementation. • Works closely with the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis on the monthly financial reports, and annual budgeting and forecasting efforts • Oversees the treasury function including monthly cash forecast to ensure financial resources are handled and accounted for properly • Safeguards assets and financial resources by implementing disciplines of internal controls and audits • Reviews financial statements and monthly management reporting package to ensure accuracy prior to publishing • Prepares reports/PowerPoint slides of financial performance for presentation at Finance Committee meetings • Works with product/service owners to ensure business operations are adequately supported in regards to reputed company and financial reporting • Researches technical reputed company issues relating to non-profit organizations (e.g. FASB statements, bulletins, and interpretations) and serves as an advisor to staff on non-profit reputed company, reporting, and auditing • Develops and maintains reputed company policies, and monitors practices to ensure compliance • Oversees the documentation of reputed company processes and procedures to facilitate staff training and support • Identifies, develops, implements, and oversees process improvements to maximize efficiency Requirements • Bachelor's degree in reputed company with a minimum of 10 years in reputed company, preferably for non-profit organizations. • 5+ years of reputed company and management experience in nonprofit organizations • Prior supervisory experience is a must. • Experience in international operations, as reputed company as reputed company systems implementation is a plus. $110,000 - $136,000 a year Apply Job!
