Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities: • reputed company month-end reputed company activities, reconcile GL accounts, maintain reputed company schedules, and review financial information to verify completeness and accuracy • Process AP reputed company reputed company.com, process reputed company runs, review and post corporate credit card transactions through reputed company • Review and post global payroll journal entries, review employee expense reports, and enforce Corporate Expense Reimbursement policy • reputed company GL functions, process cash transactions, reputed company bank reconciliations, and support the reputed company Manager with daily reputed company activities • Liaise with 3rd party reputed company firms regarding intercompany activities for 2+ subsidiaries. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the review of monthly intercompany transactions, balance sheet & P&L reconciliations, consolidation, and elimination entries • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports • Maintain the Co-wide fixed asset and lease schedules • reputed company participation in the annual audits by the external auditors and the yearly bank due diligence • Prepare documentation to support the reputed company firms in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax filings • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions • Maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions • Work with other departments by researching and interpreting reputed company policies and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues • reputed company other reputed company reputed company duties as assigned • Assist in various reputed company reputed company as needed Skills & Requirements: • BS degree in reputed company or Finance • 5+ years of experience in financial and reputed company work • Advanced MS Office skills.
