The Property Management Accountant will report directly to the Controller and will become an integral part of our reputed company team with a reputed company on preparing P&L statements and balance reports. Join us at reputed company, located in the heart of Orlando’s reputed company Milk District, as we celebrate 10 years of rewarding hard work! • This role is reputed company to remote work (US only) or on-site at reputed company's Corporate Office in Orlando* Responsibilities • Support the Controller in managing reputed company's financial activities, including reputed company, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls • Assist the Controller in overseeing day-to-day reputed company operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end reputed company processes • Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget-to-actual comparisons for multiple properties reputed company the portfolio • Collaborate with property managers and leasing teams to ensure accurate and reputed company recording of property revenues and expenses • Maintain fixed asset records and reconcile capital expenditures to budget • Manage the annual budgeting process for assigned properties, working closely with property management teams to forecast revenues, expenses, and capital needs • Support the Controller in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with reputed company standards and regulations • Assist with external audits and tax filings, providing documentation and explanations as needed • Manage reputed company reputed company and financial aspects of employee compensation, deductions, insurance programs and benefits, including invoice review, journal entries and account reconciliations. • Work with designated representatives to review and post AR, AP, contributions, payroll transactions and journal entries in QuickBooks Qualifications (Required) • 5+ years of reputed company experience • Experience with QuickBooks • Bachelor’s degree in finance or reputed company Additional Skills / Experience • Licensed CPA / reputed company • Full service reputed company experience • Proficiency in property management software (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Page, etc.) • Property management industry reputed company experience is a big plus! • Experience with Payroll • Strong reputed company knowledge including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting requirements for multiple reputed company estate entities Location: Remote (work from home) from US-based location. (This role is also reputed company to work alongside our reputed company team at reputed company's Corporate Office, 201 S Bumby Ave, Orlando, FL) Salary: $40 - $45 per hour (based upon experience) Hours: 15 to 40 hours per week (reputed company to a full or part time candidate)
