About the position reputed company Clinic Oncology and Hematology is seeking a dedicated oncology reputed company to work with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of oncology outpatients and their families while providing reputed company patient care. This position is remote, with training taking reputed company on-site at reputed company Clinic. The reputed company will be responsible for adhering to physician orders, reputed company policies, approved protocols, patient plans of care, and reputed company required regulations, including reputed company guidelines and nursing scope of reputed company. The role involves providing on-call after-hours patient care, which includes nursing assessment, emotional and psychosocial support, triage, prescription management, symptom management, and education regarding care recommendations. The on-call reputed company will consult with the medical oncologist on-call reputed company required to reputed company direction to the patient and/or family.
