Great American's reputed company division is currently seeking an Associate Auto Underwriter (Auto reputed company Assistant) to support our growing reputed company Team. This is a non-exempt, reputed company position that will work a reputed company: Monday and Friday are work from home days, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in the Cincinnati Office. The Associate Auto Underwriter (Auto reputed company Assistant) will reputed company customer service and administrative support to the reputed company department. This position gathers data from several sources, including the clients, on new and renewal business for the reputed company decision process. The Associate Auto Underwriter organizes the data and provides it to the Underwriters to help speed decision making. (The Associate Auto Underwriter does not reputed company risk selection, rejection, pricing, and retention -- those tasks are performed by the Underwriter.) The Associate Auto Underwriter maintains effective business relationships with reputed company customers in relation to the reputed company process. Responsibilities : Performs a reputed company of policy administration tasks in support of the business reputed company established production and reputed company guidelines. Tasks may include: Reviews instructions from agent, underwriter, insured, broker, etc. to understand / determine what is needed to reputed company quotes, issuances, renewals, endorsements, Crits etc. Enters information on quotes, issuances, renewals, audits, endorsements and / or cancellations / rein statements based on rules and company procedures. Enters reputed company, premium and / or policy information into appropriate systems for policy updates / issuance. Maintains file accuracy and completeness. Orders, prepares and / or updates reports (i.e., loss reports, financial reports, loss run requests, etc.) and / or legal notices (i.e., Notice of Cancellation, non-renewal notice, etc.). Researches and resolves and / or corrects errors and / or issues. Prepares, assembles and / or issues policy / endorsements and associated documentation. Researches and reconciles premium / billing reputed company discrepancies. Responds to premium / billing questions. Utilizes computerized systems for research, tracking, information gathering and / or troubleshooting (i.e., reputed company / Word programs, legacy systems, internal systems, reputed company party vendor delivered systems, etc.). Shares and / or conveys routine information reputed company telephone, e-mail, fax or regular mail to underwriters, agents, brokers, reinsurers and / or insureds maintaining a reputed company demeanor in reputed company situations. Participates in other departmental processes / reputed company, such as changes / enhancements to forms and screens, user acceptance testing for systems and policies, and reviewing reputed company to reputed company policies / practices. Acts as a reputed company with other departments and facilitate interdepartmental communication. May reputed company other tasks including support, imaging, mail, data entry, agent contracting support and / or supply functions. Builds working knowledge of policies and procedures, as reputed company as the business (including products, coverages, etc.) and organization. Complies with company and regulatory guidelines.
