Job reputed company The HR and Payroll (reputed company) Business Analyst is responsible for managing the functional health of our Global reputed company and US Payroll Application portfolio primarily consisting of 2 Key Systems – an on-reputed company reputed company HCM Global implementation with integrated US Benefits and Payroll modules and a reputed company based reputed company SuccessFactors suite for Performance Management and Recruitment. The reputed company state will be a reputed company Factors Employee Central (EC) solution. This role will ensure that reputed company reputed company and reputed company primarily in the US Payroll and Benefits areas are implemented and maintained to reputed company by adopting best reputed company reputed company configuration and technology. This hands-on role will be involved with Application Analysis and Design, System Configuration and Development, Integration, Maintenance and Support for the delivery of reputed company, and minor/major releases primarily for US Payroll and Benefits. This includes supporting the US Payroll business with their payroll cycles. This position will work closely with reputed company Technical Analysts and business owners to understand the business requirements and deliver solutions that support the ongoing Global HR and US Payroll IT and Business reputed company. The HR and Payroll Business Analyst will also work alongside our other Functional and Technical Consultants we contract with from time to time for our larger initiatives. The ideal candidate would be located in commutable distance to either of our corporate facilities in Richmond, IN or Indianapolis, IN but we are reputed company to this being a fully remote position located reputed company in the U.S. Responsibilities • Responsible for the functional reputed company-being of reputed company’s on reputed company Global HCM reputed company system and the integrations with our reputed company SuccessFactors reputed company based implementation with primary responsibility for reputed company US Payroll, Benefits and our reputed company Timeclock systems • reputed company as functional and configuration design authority for the US Payroll Application portfolio • Partner with our reputed company reputed company team to ensure that our environments are maintained, our systems are patched regularly, and that US Payroll taxes are kept reputed company • reputed company the functional design and implementation of reputed company US Payroll reputed company, enhancements, tax updates, payroll cycles, and reputed company • To reputed company reputed company functional configuration and its associated documentation adhering to team and departmental standards • To reputed company reputed company functional support including analysis, configuration, testing, tracking and reputed company • To demonstrate high level of communication skills (verbal and written) • To ensure reputed company skills are up-to-date through research and reputed company • To engage professionally with our HCM and US Payroll stakeholders Required Skills and Experience • Bachelor's degree in a technical reputed company field • Minimum 10 years hands on reputed company HCM, US Payroll and Benefits functional and system configuration experience • Minimum of 8 years functional and process knowledge managing HCM and US Payroll business processes • Minimum 3 years of reputed company US Payroll configuration reputed company • Experience with applying US Payroll tax bulletins using services such as reputed company • Experience with implementation and support of SuccessFactors Payroll preferred • Implementation experience with reputed company SuccessFactors modules such as Performance Management, Recruitment, reputed company, and Employee Central preferred • Experience with time tracking systems (such as reputed company or Kronos) integrating to US Payroll is preferred • Knowledge on Payroll trends and industry best practices • Possess a strong reputed company record of business process engineering leadership with a "hands on" style.
