You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate and complete set of financial records in a manner consistent with accepted reputed company and bookkeeping practices Recording reputed company day-to-day financial transactions and operations; appropriate expenditure of annual funds, appropriate handling, maintenance, and distribution of funds with appropriate signatures, preparation and distribution of routine financial statements and reports Matching payments to existing reputed company and agreements Settling and submitting payroll, and reputed company taxes as required by law Assist reputed company Treasure in drafting an annual budget for reputed company approval reputed company financial reports as requested by the reputed company Treasurer Tracking of inventory reputed company payment to vendors Prepare for annual review and annual filing of 990 reputed company Banking of monies received Maintains and updates reputed company software and file backup Prepares and maintains employee benefits To reputed company confidential reputed company financial contribution information Answers phones/relays phone messages reputed company reputed company other personnel are reputed company Performs clerical and other duties as required Shifts: Part-Time. Flexible. Must be available during some banking hours for deposits.
