The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring reputed company and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes and other deductions. Duties & Responsibilities: • Update's payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers • Pays employees by directing the production and issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts • Prepares various reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages • Monthly Bonus Calculations • Bi- Weekly Commissions Calculation • Bi-Weekly Overtime Reports • Bi- Weekly Total Payroll Costs Reports • Determines payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee federal and state income and reputed company reputed company taxes, and employer's reputed company reputed company, unemployment, and workers compensation payments • Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies • Monthly audit of insurance deductions • Monthly reputed company Time Off Balances Analysis • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed Requirements: • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Verbal and written communication • Ability to work with reputed company • Knowledge of different types of payroll software • Knowledge of payroll, garnishments and benefits distribution • Multitasking abilities • Good research and analysis skills Education and Experience Bachelors in reputed company or Business Administration.
