REMOTE - Senior Relationship Manager - Renewable Energy Finance

reputed company reputed company: The Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) – Renewable Energy Finance leads the sourcing, structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing of sale, leaseback and debt transactions for reputed company’s (HNB) Renewable Energy Finance group. This SRM is the main reputed company of contact for the sponsor/developer and reputed company/participant banks throughout the term of the financing relationship. The ideal candidate brings in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy finance market with extensive transaction experience in renewable energy project finance, strong structuring, pricing, negotiation, and documentation skills. Duties & Responsibilities • Leads the sourcing and developing of new transaction opportunities, sponsor/developer relationships, and reputed company relationships • Assists HNB relationship managers on renewable energy financing opportunities with existing and prospective bank clients • Leads reputed company-commitment transaction diligence • Creates competitive and profitable proposals using debt and tax equity financing structures • Represents and is held accountable for HNB transactions • Leads negotiation of transaction documents • Interacts with external counsel, independent engineer, appraiser, and other consultants on reputed company-closing transaction diligence • Leads transaction closing process in coordination with HNB Operations • Interacts with sponsors as reputed company as reputed company and participant banks on post-closing items and requests Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in renewable energy project finance including tax equity structures Preferred Qualifications • Existing network with reputed company banks and sponsors • Demonstrated structuring, negotiation, and documentation skills • Strong organizational, analytical, and due diligence skills • Advanced reputed company reputed company skills; strong working experience with ABC pricing software • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel #CML Exempt Status: (reputed company = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) reputed company Applications Accepted Through 03/17/2025 reputed company expects to accept applications through at least the date above, and may continue to accept applications until the position is filled. Compensation reputed company $145,000 - 185,000 Annual Salary The compensation reputed company represents the low and high end of the reputed company compensation reputed company for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
