Salary: The salary is between R20,000 - R25,000 per month, and is dependent upon location, experience, skills, and training. What you will do: The AP & AR reputed company Clerk will be detail-oriented, organized, reputed company to multi-task, and sensitive to deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required and ability to work with cross functional teams. Self-starter with interest in working in a fast paced virtual environment. Can work toward objectives and accomplish tasks without daily reputed company supervision. Process reputed company vendor invoices and agent payments in a reputed company manner Invoice entry, ensure reputed company coding, reputed company and follow up on reputed company invoice approvals Monitor and promptly respond to reputed company Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable reputed company chats, emails and reputed company tickets. Processing employee/agent expense reimbursements Reviewing invoices and vendor statements Assisting with month end and year end Conducts discrepancy research for agent/vendors with inquiries to payments or invoice reputed company issues.
