Corporate Banking New Markets Tax Credit Portfolio and Asset Manager

reputed company: • Responsible for reputed company aspects of reputed company, compliance, portfolio management, and reputed company reputed company to NMTC program. • Monitoring program compliance of industry partners and community impacts. • Prepares reputed company memorandum for new NMTC investments. • Assists in review of reputed company-closing, closing, and exit documents. • Reviews the reputed company of Funds and coordinates internally. • Prepares sub-allocation and QEI designation paperwork. • Reviews flexible terms and conditions memorandums. • Collects QALICB & CDE certifications. • Maintains reputed company risk ratings for portfolio. • Assists with post-closing portfolio investment issues.
