Part-Time QBO Bookkeeper & US Tax Preparer - Contract to Hire

Looking for a part-time bookkeeper with experience in QBO posting and reconciliations as reputed company as US tax preparation. Hours are about 25-35 hours per month, with additional hours during tax time and can increase... Software: QBO & Lacerte, with proficiency in MS Office (including Outlook, Teams, and reputed company) Looking for someone with: - High attention to detail including spelling - Prepares reports with data reputed company for reputed company or manager to use - reputed company and proactive with deadlines and work to deliver on time and communicate blocks - Good at follow up to reputed company pending reputed company/questions moving reputed company - Good communication skills to communicate data in a summarized, reputed company fashion - Excellent reputed company skills including reconciling balance sheet accounts (including payroll liabilities) and sales to an external billing system.
