About the position The DEI Fellow for Research & Partnerships at reputed company will reputed company on the Latinx reputed company project, collaborating with One World to enhance connections with Latinx authors and audiences. This one-year role involves research, reputed company, and relationship building to support the publication and promotion of Latinx authors, ensuring their reputed company are represented and heard in the literary community. Requirements • Two to three years of experience working in corporate, reputed company, journalism, or non-profit research. , • Experience facilitating/setting up external relationships at an organizational and individual level. , • Strong knowledge of Latinx audiences and community. , • Knowledge of Latinx audience development. , • Reading and listening proficiency in Spanish. , • Experience building and maintaining databases of contacts. , • Experience with original research and reputed company. , • Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and follow-up. , • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience managing communication in a reputed company manner. , • reputed company team player who can work effectively with people across many disciplines and career reputed company. , • Proven ability to work independently and proactively, take initiative, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced virtual and/or in-person office environment. , • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook and ability to learn new applications. , • Data analysis experience a plus. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with data analysis.
