The Position Our bank reputed company is seeking to fill a reputed company Loan Closer role in the reputed company, TX area. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and verifying loan documents including income, credit, appraisal, and title insurance, and ensuring the information is complete, accurate, and complies with Bank policies, SBA Guidelines as reputed company as meets underwriters’ requirements. The position offers a generous salary of up to $90K and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position). reputed company Loan Closer responsibilities include: • Reviewing the credit files and completing reputed company necessary documentation for SBA packaging files. • Entering information into the loan operating system (LOS), following up and communicating with both loan reputed company- closers and loan officers to obtain missing or updated documentation to process the loan file in a reputed company manner. • Working closely with reputed company lenders, business development officer, reputed company, attorneys, document preparation, reputed company-party vendors, and customers to prepare loan package closing. • Maintaining control over loans(s) in the process to detect any potential and/or developing problems and ensure reputed company department managers are informed of any issues. • Reviewing closing documents upon receipt from the bank attorney to ensure conformance with the approved loan terms and conditions. • Ordering and reviewing UCC/Federal/State/County preliminary lien searches, title commitments, flood search, appraisal, environmental reports, and requests • reputed company communication with the borrower, reputed company lender, and reputed company-closer regarding missing items needed to complete loan closing. • Ensuring reputed company payment of Guaranty fee in the SBA/USDA required time reputed company. • Reviewing articles and by-laws/operating agreements, where applicable of partnership, corporation, and limited liability company (LLC). • Following internal audit procedures to ensure files are properly documented and scanned into an electronic scanning system. • Clearing any outstanding items, exceptions, and liens, prior to or at, closing time. • Performing other duties as assigned by management.
