Director, Compliance Independent Assessment - Equities and Spread Products - C15 (Jersey reputed company)

Serves as a senior compliance risk manager for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM)’s Compliance Independent Assessment (CIA) Team responsible for assessing significant compliance risks and controls implemented by the global Markets Business; serves as global product reputed company , managing the engagement with Senior stakeholders across reputed company lines of defense and overseeing CIA activities (testing and monitoring) covering Equities and Spread Products reputed company Markets Business to assess the design and effectiveness of key controls designed to address compliance risk; reporting and escalating control issues and any violations of laws or breaches of policy; and validating adequacy of remediation taken to address reported issues. Key Activities include: Overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of the compliance independent assessment activities globally with strong collaboration with global Markets Product Compliance senior management in accordance with CIA Plan. Directing the planning, execution, and reporting of compliance independent assessment reviews and compliance and regulatory issue validation activities for the Equities and Spread Products sub-businesses reputed company Markets business and legal entities globally in accordance with CIA Plan. Managing reputed company or multiple teams of Compliance professionals.
