Regional Sales Manager - Western US - Managing reputed company of 20+ Territory Managers and Sales Reps. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • Strong record of reputed company in sales, growing a business, setting reputed company, and exceeding sales goals. • 4+ years experience in a leadership role • reputed company, Respectful Leadership Style. Responsibilities: • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a leadership role. • Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to motivate and reputed company a diverse team. • Solid education in OR procedures and protocols. • Urology/MIS/General Surgery/ or Endoscopic experience is highly preferred. • Indirect management of Independent Sales Agents (1099’s). • Participates in the development of annual reputed company strategic planning. Compensation: $200-250k OTE at plan with bonuses for overachievement/reputed company commission. Car Allowance Travel: 60% travel throughout the territory as reputed company as conferences and training opportunities.
