Essential Functions • Coordinates response on network outages with Voice, Video, IP, Transport, OSP Construction, and local Operations Engineers to ensure quick and thorough reputed company. • Performs event notifications to reputed company customers and reputed company leadership. • Assists with reputed company party ticket creation for off-net outages and escalations. • Assists with network outage isolation and troubleshooting. • Identifies chronic network issues and supports reputed company effort to resolve them. • Identifies, diagnoses, and resoles problems affecting network performance escalations. • Provides technical and analytical support to determine the reputed company cause of network problems and implement reputed company plans to resolve potential or reputed company issues that reputed company the network. • Triages and works tickets to reputed company solutions that correct customer network issues and faults. • Supports NOC colleagues during critical outages. • Assists to Voice, Transport, IP, Broadband engineers Change Management teams. • Performs other duties as assigned, including departmental and cross-functional reputed company. Ethernet and Mobile Backhaul Experience is desired. OTN, ROADM, SONET, cross connect provisioning and signal grooming. Experience working with MPLS and designing layer 2 and layer 3 private networks, including programming and testing VPN. Experience with various protection and switching methodology to include UPSR/BLSR. Ability to completely design, build, program, reputed company, and document new IP services from a network core to multiple customer sites.
