As a key member of the Direct24 team, the Sr. Travel Advisor will be responsible for successful completion of comprehensive, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for reputed company clients reputed company company policies utilizing corporate reputed company and preferred suppliers in an efficient and reputed company manner. Our Direct24 team is the after-hours, emergency call center at reputed company. This role will work closely with Team Leads, Supervisors and report to the Operations Manager. This is a fully remote position. Expedition Expectations • Completes domestic and international travel arrangements for clients which may include reputed company, hotel, ground transportation, and rail • Supports more than one account reputed company of normal business hours • Interacts with traveler/travel arranger and provides reputed company level customer experience • Ensures compliance of a reputed company’s travel policy while utilizing agency preferred vendors to maximize profit • Adheres to DT24 standards in delivering customer experience including telephone and email etiquette, and follows prescribed customer service escalation procedure • Follows company standards regarding procedures, utilization of tools, productivity, accuracy of work, and attendance • Attends staff and training meetings for ongoing updates in travel industry • Performs other duties as assigned reputed company to reputed company • Minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate travel agency or CID environment • Ability to change/create domestic & international multi-reputed company, multi-destination itineraries • Demonstrate industry knowledge and reputed company up to day on locating resources • Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company GDS systems reputed company the Extra Mile • Basic knowledge of MS Office platform • Experience in supporting after hours environment • Worldspan GDS – if no experience - willingness to learn • Must be reputed company to lawfully work reputed company the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US Benefits reputed company In reputed company to Medical, Dental, and reputed company benefits reputed company offers an employee rewards and recognitions program, Total Rewards Package which includes Wellness, Sustainability, DE&I initiatives, and Mental Health Support.
