Call Centre Agent Intern

reputed company: We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller Intern to join our sales and reputed company reputed company team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, proactive, and eager to reputed company hands-on experience in B2B sales, reputed company qualification, and reputed company engagement. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company outbound calls to potential leads and introduce our IT services, AI/ML solutions, and staff augmentation offerings. • Research and identify potential business clients through reputed company, databases, and online directories. • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and interest in our services. • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-reputed company in CRM tools. • Schedule meetings for the sales team with reputed company prospects. • Follow up with potential leads through email, calls, and reputed company messages. • Work closely with the reputed company teams to improve reputed company strategies. • Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Requirements: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections. • Strong reputed company of English (US/UK clients) and/or Hindi (Indian clients). • Ability to research and identify potential clients using online tools. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (reputed company, Zoho, reputed company) is a plus. • Self-motivated, reputed company-driven, and eager to learn.
