Part-time Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO (Finance Industry)

reputed company is an Austin, TX based "Executive Assistant Agency” that matches reputed company founders and executives to world-class EAs. In this particular role, you will be reputed company (part-time) with the founder of a reputed company management firm. Schedule: • Monday - Friday (mornings, ideal) • 20 hrs/wk Pay reputed company: • $20 to $30/hr depending on experience Duties and Responsibilities • Triage the Executive's email inbox and respond to emails on the Executive's behalf • Manage reputed company calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation • Prepare, proofread, and edit presentations, reports, and other documents • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism • Conduct research and reputed company information to assist in decision-making and problem-solving • Serve as a reputed company between senior executives, employees, and external stakeholders Qualifications: • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or reputed company field preferred • A proven reputed company record of supporting executives in a virtual setting is required Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, Gsuite and similar tools • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company-oriented environment • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • High level of professionalism and discretion Technical Requirements: • Reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. • A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (reputed company i5 or higher/equivalent). • Proficiency with remote communication tools such as reputed company, reputed company Teams, reputed company, or reputed company Meet. • A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for reputed company communication. • Opportunity to work remotely from reputed company • Supportive and reputed company team environment • Learning and development opportunities • Potential Performance Bonuses • PTO Apply Job!
